Kursus??

aiyakk..ape hei,lg 2 minggu nak kawen kena g kursus seminggu..haish,,potong stim tul la..banyak bende xwat lg ni..rumah xcuci lagi,furniture not even one ade kat umah..aiyooo..sy akan berkursus sehingga 4 jun ye di Kluang,Johor..schedule sgt pack,kelas smpai 10.30 mlm ..T_T

so there will be no update from me for a while..i think..huhu..

ini mase utk freak out..OMG OMG OMG...rase macam mau faint..berat badan dah jadik macam dulu..
inila padahnye bile diet tinggal2kan..haha (EH COP,INI NOTA SELINGAN..HIHI)

hrmmm..tp FBooking tetap on,maybe sebelum tido wajib bukak punye..keke. till then..babaii

How To Make A Hand-tied Bridal Bouquet


Materials You Will Need:
a vase 5 yards of 1-1/2" or wider ribbon sharp gardening pruners a metal twist-tie two-dozen South American Roses In this lesson we are using a mustard rose with burnt orange tips called 'fashion.' This rose can be purchased at romanticflowers.com. The roses that you purchase should be conditioned properly before you begin. Please refer to romanticflowers.com for instructions on conditioning your roses.
Step 1
You will use one hand to hold the bouquet and the other hand to "arrange" the bouquet. Build the bouquet with one rose at a time, keeping all the flower heads on the same plane. In this lesson we are using the "cinch-point method" to join the flowers together.
Step 2
The "cinch-point" is the area where all the roses are carefully layered atop one another.
Step 3
Each rose is added to the bouquet an angle. After a rose is added,

the bouquet is turned a few degrees to create a twisted effect.
Step 5
The "cinch-point" usually lies immediately under the leaves that are left on the roses. For a loose bouquet, keep more leaves on the stems. For a tight bouquet, take off more leaves to create a higher "cinch-point."
 

Step 6 Use your free hand to wrap a twist-tie around the "cinch-point." I got this extra large twist tie from a bunch of parsley that I bought at the grocery store. You can also find twist ties at romanticflowers.com.

Step 8
Putting the ribbon wrap on is the fun part. A wide ribbon of 1-1/2 inches or more is the best for hand-tied bouquets. Here we are using a double-faced satin ribbon from romanticflowers.com. The color is called 'seafoam.'
 
Step 9
Begin at the top by wrapping the ribbon around the stem at a 45 degree angle. Be sure to leave enough length at the top to tie a bow.
Step 10
When you reach the bottom, begin to wrap upwards at a 45 degree angle. Double wrapping the stems ensures that the stems will not show through.
Step 11
Wrap to the top...
Step 12
and finish by tying the loose ends together in a shoestring bow.
Step 13
Make the streaming ends of the bow as long as you please. Here we have chosen to make them fairly short.
Step 14
If the stems are sticking out after you have wrapped them, cut them to the bottom of the ribbon.

Step 15
The loose look of a hand-tied bouquet is gorgeous! Take a minute to feel proud of your creation!
 If you are going to store the bouquet without water overnight, you must refrigerate it. If doing so, wrap the sides in tissue and stand the bouquet upright in a vase. Mist the top occasionally with fresh water. Make sure there is no fruit in the refrigerator. The ethylene gases from fruit are harmful to flowers.
The approximate time for this project is 15 minutes.

Puding Karamel


resipi ni sy amik dr try masak.my...just utk rujukan sy..bukan ape..asik nak kena refer resepi je setiap x masak..so letakla dlm blog,senang sy nak cari balik
Ingredients

Untuk gula karamel:
- 1 cawan gula
- 1 cawan air

Untuk adunan puding
- 1 tin susu cair
- 4-5 biji telur
- 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
- 3 sudu kecil gula
 
Directions

1- Mula-mula buat gula karamel tue.. Cairkan gula dengan api sederhana.. gula nie kena kacau selalu sampai la sume gula tue cair n jadik warna coklat. Jangan sampai gula tue over hangus or terover pucat.. nant karamel tak cantik n rasa pun tak sedap.. =)

2- Bila da tukar warna coklat, perlahankan api n terus masukkan air (prepare air tue siap2 kat tepi). take care tau masa masukkan air nie..nant gula tue melotop..=)

3- Lepas da masuk air, besarkan semula api n kacau2 sampai gula dan air tue larut sebati.

4- Kemudian masukkan gula karamel tue kat dasar acuan/loyang  untuk dibakar (bekas tahan panas). Sejukkan dulu pada suhu bilik then keraskan karamel nie dalam peti beku tue..

sambil tunggu tue kita buat adunan puding...

1- Masukkan jek semua bahan untuk puding dalam pengisar (blender) or pengadun (mixer).

2- Kemudian adunkan bahan2 tue sekejap jek.. jaz supaya bahan tue tersebati. Jangan sampai kembang... ketepikan then tunggu sekejap sampai gula sejuk sikit.

3- Sementara tue, sediakan dulang pembakar yang diletakkan air dalam oven (alamak tak tau la pe nama teknik nie.. heh)

4- Bila da ok,  perlahan-lahan tuang adunan puding dalam acuan  gula karamel tadi.

5- Masukkan dalam oven yang beralas dulang pembakar yang ada air tadi dan bakar dengan suhu 160-180 darjah celcius, lebih kurang 40 minit.
- leh gak dikukus dlam rice cooker n atas dapur gas..just letakkan air dlm kuali and letakkan para atas kuali tu,then letakla dulang puding tu atas tu..then tutup kuali tu..

6- Then tunggu sambil tengok tv..=D

7- Bila da cukup 40 minit try cucuk ngan garfu tgk da masak ke tak.. hahaa.. klu dah kompem masak then sejukkan sekejap pada suhu bilik.

8- Bila da sejuk, terbalikkan puding ni pada dulang yang leper (better keluarkan dulu air gula karamel tue supaya senang nak terbalikkan)

9- Sejukkan dalam peti ais.. sila menunggu dengan sabar...

10- nyum2 yummy!! jom makan.. =D

Our House ^_^ Part 1

susahnye nak update blog..sbb utama,broadband celcom RM68 sy,dh diterminate menjadi RM38 sahaja.
sebabnye internet kat opis dah laju giler (walaupun banyak web yg diblok)tp pasrah jela,guna ape yg ade.huhu..sbb tu dah terminate bb yg 68 tu...save cost kan..tgu je syg kite masukkan streamyx kat our new house..yg 38 ni pun akan sy terminate..hehe..klu dah ade tenet laju kat umah lehla merajinkan diri berblogging..hihi..tuggguuuuuuu ye...

okla.Mr Z dah book rumah utk kitrg ..hihi..cam teruja je..walaupun sewa je,tp memadailah utk kitrg berdue ni kan..huhuhuhu..klu nak beli kena tgu 2-3 thun lg..tgu kitrg punya ekonomi stabil sikit n tmpat utk kitrg menetap pun xtau lg katne..so biorla kami menyewa dulu..hehe

everything we have to start from the  scratch..from zero..brg2 umah sume nak kena beli..
p/s : utk kawan2 yg membaca entry nih..nnt kte kluarkan entry wish list hadiah...haha..(senang korg nak pk nak beli ape kan??)haha..just kidding,korg dah dtg pun kite dah bersyukur dah..hehehe
