wut did i eat n my workout 4 d day

Breakfast :
- Nac lemak + ikan bilis grg + kacang + sambal telur rebus + air soya

Lunch :
- Anlene Concentrated Milk Low Fat 125 ml

Dinner :
- Tomyam cmpur + air soya homesoy

Workout :
- JM 30 days shred

* Wed (08/07/09)

Breakfast :
- Jus Tok Guru ( 1tbs) + oat porridge (3/4 pcket) + honey (1 tbs) + Multivit ( 1 tblet)

Lunch :
- Anlene Milk 125 ml + bhun sup + lime juice

Dinner :
- sup sayur
- 4 keping weetmeal

Workout:
- 15 min skipping + jumping jacks
ps :ni sindrom M dtg..huhu
